School + Civil group
Scolaire + Civil
Combination of the advantages of the school group and the civil group. Access to training in the morning, before the start of classes (secondary school) with the school group and in the evening with the civilian group. There are both beginners and more experienced swimmers there. They practice the four swimming styles, endurance, intensity, short speed and racing pace, depending on their level.
Number of training hours: 4 h 30 and + / week
Competitions: Local / Regional / Provincial / School (RSEQ)
