Swimmers practice the kicks of the four strokes. They are introduced to traction, recovery and coordination. We perfect starts and turns, in addition to developing endurance and speed. Swimmers can participate in gym training once or twice a week.

This group allows swimmers to perfect the four swimming styles by focusing on technical details. They practice their endurance, speed, intensity, rhythm and race strategy. Three periods of gym training per week are added to pool training.
